Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@thefrontline.co. If your exchange is accepted, we will supply you with an address to send your item back to (this cost is on you), as well as instructions on how to send your package correctly. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Once the item is received, we will send the exchanged item back to you.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on Unit ordered items, on custom orders, or on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will contact you and will ship your exchange item as soon as possible.
